A Return Authorization Slip (RAS) number is required for all returns. Please do not return any items without first receiving your RMA number, they will not be accepted and will be returned back to you

Return requests must be submitted via the Return & Refund form within 30 days of receiving the item.
Return approvals take between 3-5 business days. During the return approval process, we might get in touch with you to understand the issue better.
Once approved, a RAS number and instructions will be issued, and the product should get picked up in 3-5 working days by the logistics partner. Please retain the original packaging of the product, along with user manual, warranty slip and other accessories to ensure a successful pick-up.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, you will receive an acknowledgement of its receipt. Within 3-5 days of receipt of item, we will notify you on the eligibility of your refund after inspecting the returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). It should take 5-7 working days for the refunds to get reflected into your Bank Account/ Credit Card Account.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

We offer hassle-free returns through courier pickup. You do not have to bear any courier or shipping charges for returns. Our normal shipping time is 3-5 working days.
